I orderder a skin for my cellphone 9 days ago and i still haven´t recived the shipping information, when i contact them only think they have to say is they have a lot of orders.

Purchased naked skins for iPhone 7 and 7 plus. What an ordeal. Worst customer service ever. Is like talking to a wall. Very frustrating the whole experience. Shipping takes forever. I mean, it took them almost a 30 days to process and ship. After all the wait, close to two months, one of the skins broke and the other I messed it up on the installation. Applied to their Goof policy which it’s a joke. They ask you to send pics and explain what happened and then, they ignore you again. And still waiting for almost two weeks and counting. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!!! Make yourself a favor and purchase from another company. With the care they show to the customers, time and time again, they don’t deserve your business. STAY AWAY FROM SW if you want peace of mind :) I wish I had read the reviews before. All the bad reviews of this company are spot on. The product is good but the lack of customer care and the way they ignore you, is so insulting that it’s just not worth it to buy anything from them no matter the quality of the product. Such a shame.!!!! I ordered BSE as their product isn’t as good as sw naked wraps, but their customer service, man, that’s how it supposed to be, and the processing and shipping time very fast. Such a different overall experience. BSE is well worth it compared to the SW. I won’t recommend or buy from them ever again, neither me or my family, friends or acquaintances. And neither you, unless you want to be ignored and end up frustrated and overall very unhappy with them. Your choice though. Choose wisely. Read the reviews ;) Peace, light and love

Ordered a skin for my headphones. It has been a month and still not even a tracking number. Their excuse is simply: "The have a lot of orders". I would steer clear of these guys.

Ordered my wrap on 09-04-18 and to this date it's still processing and the customer service is also horrible takes over a day to reply to your emails and they just don't care once that have taken your money

1. Their website advertise as it is 'Today only' sale, but actually the sale is always on. Don't be fooled. 2. I waited approximately 3weeks to receive the product. I orderd other Canadian brand a week later than Slickwraps, it arrived a week prior to Slickraps. For those reasons, I strongly do not recomend to buy from this shop. PS. Slickwraps, please can you not to ask me to provide more information. I am verified with trustpilot already.

Way too long to ship, 3 weeks from order to arrival is ridiculous when you claim shipments in 1-2 business days. Customer service doesn't bother to respond and the product really isn't any good. Go with someone else. Edit - Slickdeals asked for my order confirmation because they said they were going to look into this. A week and a half later they contacted trustpilot to take my review down. They never reached out to me even with my order information. I've sent screenshots of my order email to trustpilot so that should keep the review up but clearly slickwraps is doing everything they can to stifle negative reviews, imagine how much worse their rating would be if ALL the reviews stayed up.

One of the worse company for speed of service and communication, I'd wished that I came across these reviews on here before purchasing an order. Order was placed on the 19th August, still not sent out. Sent out email enquiry and still no reply. Just an update so you guys and girls know. 5th September 2018, still not sent out!!!! Probably gonna get a refund from PayPal we will see.

Giving this one star for both long shipping time and poor quality. First, about the shipping. The website advertised two-day shipping, but it took over two weeks to arrive. A few days after placing the order I emailed them and they said they only advertised two days once shipped, but they made no guarantee as to when it would actually ship. They claimed to be very backed up due to a sale, but this is BS because they are always having a sale. They advertise fast shipping to get you to buy it, but be aware that it will take much longer to arrive. Second, about the quality. I ordered the black carbon fiber skin for a New Nintendo 3DS XL. The skin is great quality and looks nice. Here's the problem - the skin is long enough to wrap over the curved edges of the hardware. They don't make any cuts to allow the flat skin to drape over curved edges, so you end up with some bunched up skin at the corners. You can make your own cuts to allow it to flatten out, but doing so is risky and could leave your skin looking weird. It really should be done by SlickWraps themselves. After applying the skin and trying, unsuccessfully, to iron out the corners, I immediately removed the skin and ordered one from DecalGirl.
