Absolute trash Order my wrap for XS on 16 Sept and its 15 Oct now and still no word from them. Keep saying they have received a high volume of orders. Seems to be lame excuse especially when there are 1000s of forums filled with people venting out their frustration about the same issues for years now. And also they don't give our refund unless you email them the cancellation within 2hrs of placing the order. Absolute garbage

I placed an order on 8/30. When my order did not ship by the end of the next following week I emailed customer service to ask why it still said "processing". They informed me that I had purchased my items during a "sale" and that it would take a bit to get my order. Two weeks later, when my order had not shipped still, I contacted customer service again to see what the holdup was. I was given the same line about it being a "sale" and that it would ship by the end of the next week. At the end of the next week it got an update that my order had shipped, however upon checking the tracking number, only the label was printed. Two weeks later my items tracking has not changed and customer service is still stating that it will ship sometime next week. This is ridiculous to go over a month without an item and to have no idea as to why. The line about a "sale" is a lie because every day is a sale at slickwraps. I have checked back week after week and there is always a 40%-50% off sale happening that ends "today". Safe to say I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered my skins on the 3rd of September when they had the limited time sale going on (which is still going on; so much for "limited time offer") and for about two weeks, had no update in shipping as it was still "processing". I received an email on the 22nd of September telling me that my order was shipped but for the past week I've been checking the USPS tracking number they've provided but it says they've yet to receive the items to ship off. Been in contact with their customer service rep who tells me that newer orders are somehow affecting my order placed four weeks ago and that my order will actually be shipped *maybe* next week. Should have just paid the extra money and gone with dbrand.... UPDATE 22-OCT-2018: Since contacting me to request my order number, no further contact had been initiated by slickwraps in regards to this review. My order had apparently been shipped 44 days after date of purchase but still has not been delivered to myself. Now been contacting them to request a refund but they're adamantly refusing to initiate one. In the meantime, I made an order with dbrand and received the skins within 7 days - much better company if you ask me. UPDATE 23-OCT-2018: Slickwraps have responded to this review with their same copy and paste comment requesting my order number. Clearly they have no intention of actually looking into my case since I provided them with this information the first time they asked for it over two weeks ago.

Where do I start? Placed order on Sept 6. It wasn't even shipped until Sept 13. I didn't receive it until Sept 23! To top it off it didn't even come with a microfiber cloth it shows in application videos, it has clear defects (poor cuts) along edges, and their return policy says it can't be returned once removed from wax paper. Very poor quality. I've ordered from a competitor many times without issue. Thought I'd try these guys. Mistake. First and definitely LAST time with Slickwraps. Update 10/29/2018: Slickwraps responded to my customer service email. I requested a refund as I did not want their product after the long wait to receive the product and then it was defective. They would not refund me but instead shipped a replacement. I did not want the replacement as I would rather shop elsewhere. I will not purchase from a company that forces me to keep their product and not offer a refund on a defect they have acknowledged. To top it off they disputed my original review! Trustpilot removed it until I could prove I had a legitimate "buying experience." Sad response for customer service. Please stay away from this company. There are other better choices out there.

12 days after I placed my order they haven't bothered to post it. Going to get a refund via PayPal. Now 16 days on, Slickwraps have still not posted and respond to emails without giving any kind of meaningful information about the order. Not sure why they're asking for my order ID here when they're not interested in helping via email...

Do not ship in a timely manor. I know longer need the items because they will not be here by the event but they refuse to let me cancel. 3640790

Ordered 2 wraps almost 2 weeks ago paid for Express shipping and still have yet to even get an email saying it's been shipped I do not recommend this place at all if I were you I would go to dbrand or somewhere else that doesn't RIP you off

The skin I recieved was of very bad quality. It was already peeling off 2 days after putting it on. They responded once to my ticket, but after my response I havent heard back from them. This is now 5 days ago. Very dissapointed and ordered another skin from another company. edit: They contacted me about it, but never replied back after giving the order number. Very bad.
