The website boasts 2-4 day shipping. It took 2 weeks just to ship. When inquiring about the wait I was coldly pointed towards some other page with processing disclaimers saying it can take however long they want to actually ship the order. When I went back and looked at the order, it was for the wrong phone and unable to fit my phone. Emailed again to inform the company and got another seemingly cold email with screen shots of the order. Pretty disappointing. Update: Its been a month and still no skin. Not sure if it got lost in the mail system. The only thing I have heard from Slickwraps was them trying to fight and take down this review, saying that is was a fake. They put more effort into disputing this review than they did trying to correct the situation. Should have chosen Dbrand.

I ordered several slick wraps for my phone. Their website stated 4-6 days for processing which was longer than I hoped but since it is stated on their faq page I expected a week wait before shipping. I still needed the wraps asap to protect my phone so I paid for two day shipping. 8 days after I ordered, slickwraps cut my wraps and printed a shipping label. I received shipping notification and was excited to receive my new product. more than a week later I still did not have any product in my mailbox. I then decided to talk to customer service in order to find out what was going on. I received no explanation and instead was told that my order still had not shipped. when I asked why the delay was so long, especially when the order, according to slickwraps themselves, had been ready and sitting there for a week. No explanation from them, no apology, no nothing. simple, one sentence emails from CS stating "our website tells you we take a long time so thanks for your money". almost three weeks have passed since I ordered and I still have not received any package. DBrand or Decal Girl are much better companies to deal with.

Shipping time is terrible, highly dissappointed. Even with Halloween holiday, this is not acceptable Had to wait 7 days just for my order to be shipped Quality might be fine, yet no better than DBrand, i suppose Then, they shipped to the wrong address, although been informed on that Overall, terrible customer service

They took so long to ship that I ended up just buying a slim case from Amazon. I asked to cancel the order before they shipped and they said they couldn't. They need to improve their supply chain or let people know how long they will need to wait. They should also allow people to cancel when they have backlog of orders. I haven't actually tried the wrap because I'm happy with my case.

I wish i could give them a half a star... Placed an order that never shipped kept being told it was a delay because order was placed durring a sale but everytime you go to the site its a sale timer going. Worst customer service in the world. Didnt get the screen protector that was supposed to be included like the item description said. Dont order from them you will wait forever you will not recieve everything stated i. The description and cistomer service is a joke n the most helpless i ever seen.

I’ve ordered pencil wraps, iPhone wraps, MacBook wraps you name it. And every single time it’s the same issue. Slick wraps makes decent products that look clean and can hold up against scratches but their customer service and promises on the site are absolute garbage. They do not value customer satisfaction at all, after telling me a 6-12 day shipping period it took exactly 35 days for my product to arrive with no compensation or explanation. Very low quality company expectations.

Absolutely horrible product. The mavic 2 wrap product is overpriced to start. I could get a cheaper one made in Japan with much more precise curves shipped much quicker than Slickwraps. The curves and dimensions were not properly measured. I thought it’s my skill but I have a guy who’s professional with models to do the wraps for me and he arrives at the same conclusion. Waiting for PR response but from previous reviews I don’t believe they are gonna do any refund.

Can’t deliver and refuse to refund. Do not buy these products. It has been a month since placing my order which was shown as “In Stock”. Customer Support was completely unhelpful. I am still waiting for the email that my wrap has shipped. They refused to cancel the order and refund the purchase price, and tell me they will only cancel the order within 2 hours of placement. I will never buy their products again.
