I ordered 3 of the laptop skins. First off I ordered them December 10th and they didn't arrive till January 12th. So that already bothered me, but hey what can you do. The real problem is that they only sell you one side of the laptop skin and they don't state that. I've ordered skins through other website and you always get both sides of the laptop, sometimes you get skins for the inside. So after waiting a month to give these to my kids and wife, they don't even cover the whole laptop. Nowhere on the website does it say you are only getting one side. Severely disappointed.

Awful customer service. Have emailed them three times in two weeks about a damaged product I received, I just want a replacement! They responded once to ask for photos which I provided and then ignored my emails afterwards.

Their products are extremely difficult to put on correctly and when you call them they don't care about you. Avoid these products, as you will get no customer service. Yes I did provide you an order number when you requested it and here is it yet again: 3694718

Unacceptable shipping. I ordered a macbook pro skin from December 1st and until now, 1 month after my skin hasn't been delivered. I would not get any of Slickwraps product in the future. So disappointing.

I ordered a laptop skin from Slickwraps almost 1 month ago. They have not shipped it, and I have asked Customer Service for a refund due to their extremely delayed processing. They not only won't offer a refund but won't tell me when my order will be shipped. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE order processing speed, TERRIBLE transparency. Stay away.

I placed my order on 16th of November 2018. The checkout page mentioned that "Shipping and Handling 2-4 days". However as I did not receive any updates regarding the order I contacted customer service and they mentioned that it takes 4-6 days only to dispatch an non-customised item which is in stock(I don't understand the logic behind it). Anyway the item was shipped out on 22nd via what they claimed to be "Priority Shipping" which would take 2-5 days. As of the time I'm writing this review its 2nd of December and I still haven't received my item nor any follow up reasoning the delay by Slickwraps. To sum it up their claim of Shipping and Handling in just 2-4 days is totally dishonest and unreasonable. I wouldn't recommend Slickwraps if you are someone who values your time.

It has been 100+ days and I am yet to receive the wrap. It was noted on their support page that it might take about 90 days for the item to reach my country (India). When 90 days were over, I contacted them and they said I needed to contact them within 30 days and that: "Slickwraps is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. When it leaves our facility we no longer have it or control over the shipment. We can only issue a refund within 30 days of shipping. We note all that information and make it available before orders are placed with us. " They linked me to their support page that says I need to contact them AFTER 30 days from purchase. I do not want this to be reshipped. If this didn't arrive the first time, why would it arrive the second? I also don't want points, I need a refund. Surely you must have insured the package and can now raise a claim against USPS for the lost package. I don't see why a refund isn't on the table.

Placed an order and after ten days the order still said "processing" I tried to cancel the order but was told the order could not be cancelled after two hours of placing the order. Horrible customer service. Will not be using them again ever.
