These guys took two weeks to ship out my MacBook Pro skin and three weeks for it to finally come in. I won’t have had a issue if they responded to any of my emails or twitter messages. This company has the worst customer service I’ve have had to deal with in years. They claim they have a their backup on orders, but I ordered from dbrand last Christmas sale and they shipped it out in two days, there is no excuse for bad management. They’re known for review manipulation so I’m not surprised by their 4 star rating here. Look at all their one stars and how they’ve done nothing about it. If you’re fine with buying from Chinese sellers, 2-3 Week shipping time, generally bad cs, cheap prices, and gambling on the product, slick wrap is prefect for you.

WARNING!! meagan spargo's review below says that the bad comments are from Canada and are from dbrand. How does she know this?? The trustpilot has a warning up top alerting people to slickwraps use of fake reviews. Seems like slickwraps is up to no good. What legit consumer would know or say these things? Seems obvious and it's sad what slickwraps is doing. Their pattern of deceit is all over the internet. Just google it. Save yourself money and time. Extremely, extremely dishonest company. Buyer BEWARE! Please go to reddit and do a search on slickwraps. Their product is so cheap it's embarrassing. They also manipulate votes and reviews and trustpilot doesn't take them down. There is even a banner on trustpilot's slickwrap page that says that a lot of reviews have been taken down due to fake review manipulation. Makes you want to puke!

Sent me the wrong skin after paying for 4 day delivery it's been 7 days and they've confirmed that the wrong skin is on the way.

DISHONEST COMPANY Read my review below on the actual service but to trump the terrible experience, this company has resorted to deception to salvage their reputation. I left a review several months ago about my experience because it was so bad. Today I received an email from SlickWraps saying that I had left the review on the wrong page. They had CHANGED their TrustPilot name to "SlickDeals". I unfortunately deleted the review before realizing what had happened, but after noticing that their domain was still "SlickWraps.com" AND going back to my original review emails I discovered that they had changed their name. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and probably ILLEGAL. Ordered a wrap for my phone and computer and chose 2 day shipping. Two weeks went by with no updates. Finally I got a tracking number. A MONTH LATER no item received. Reached out to slickwraps multiple times with no response. 3 MONTHS LATER I have not received the item. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get a refund. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

It has been over a month and I haven't received my order. It took them 2 weeks to send them just an email about my order number. Even that link doesn't work. I have no idea how to contact them as I don't see any phone number. Have sent them multiple emails to their support but haven't received any reply. Same situation with facebook chat

ORDER #3818893 Purchased a SilkWraps product on Oct 11 2019, paid 4$ for standard shipping that says ships within 2-4 days. It's been ten days but there's no update in the order status. Their tracking page still says the order is being processed. Disappointed with the service. Don't know when the product will be shipped. Update: Silkwraps cancelled the order after ten days of no response/ update. Paid 4$ for shipping and now the order is cancelled? What about the 10 days of waiting time? Additionally, they reported the review as a troll, even though I've provided my order ID and its a genuine concern. What a joke of a business, Silkwraps is running. And Trustpilot allows Silkwraps to report genuine reviews? Treating customers like crap. I wonder how the're not still out of business. Their products are good but the customer service is crappy. Never buying from them again.

Buyers be aware . This company can not be trusted. First they shipped an order I placed on September 20th on October 7th even though I paid $8 for fast shipping. They sent me an empty envelope and when I tried to reach them they told me they are not responsible as it has been delivered to me. Then they told me I need to get in touch with post office and that I can pay for shipping again so that they send me another one. I went to their Facebook page to report this but they blocked me in 5 minutes while whenever you try to send them an email they take 48hrs to get back to u!!! Funny thing is in their Facebook all comments are positive and posted by individuals that have a photo of a shirt as profile picture and their only activity is posting on their page for every single product. Go to BBB and read all real customer review and you will see what type of seller you will deal with. I should research before shopping.
