I ordered 2 skins for my S9 plus on 16 December,now it's 6 January and my order still is in processing ,this has to be the slowest manufacturing company i ever heard about!I wish i did some research first before i order.I will never buy again or recommend to anyone this Slickwrap ,very very disapointed.

Totally awful, skins that came would not fit properly and customer service aren't responding to any emails to try and sort this out. As others have said, the after sales is shocking. Sent multiple emails and waited over a month for a reply!

I recently purchased a wrap for my laptop that tore while I was trying to remove the wrap according to the instructions. I have emailed the company multiple times to either return the wrap or get a refund. All I receive is the standard computer generated reply explaining the process which I have followed. I did reorder another one as they had a sale assuming I would hear back but no answer back, so I'd assume they ignore any complaints and but you in the continuous email loop explaining the process. From now on I will use another company for my wrap needs. John

I put in an order, and almost immediately after read all the terrible reviews about them, attempted to cancel, I sent two emails, and a PayPal message in attempt to cancel, they were completely ignored and the product was sent out after sitting for 7 days. Notes say slickwraps me contacted me, they most definitely did not.

Customer service does not exist with these guys. They will ghost you for weeks at a time. Then reject your refund when you make a return because they expect a return tracking number without notifying in advanced even when you’ve told them you were returning the item. Avoid buying skins here... seriously save yourself the trouble. I wasted 30$ on the skin plus 10$ shipping the return to never be refunded.

Made a horrendous mistake of ordering from slickwraps.. 1.5 months later and my order haven't been dispatched yet. Asked where it was and they just simply created the UPS label to show the order as completed. Ups haven't received the package for 2 weeks.. Horrible response time in the support - they simply ignore it all together

Do not purchase from this company if you value your time. They only respond to emails when the customer is threatening a charge back. I made my purchase over four weeks ago, and absolutely ZERO progress has been made. They sugar coat these wait times by saying “We’re having a huge sale, so we’re a bit backed up!”. When is your site NOT having a sale? Letters from DECADES ago get delivered faster than this company in almost the year 2020. I don’t know what they got going on, and I don’t care, because this is clearly a common thing with this company and they have no problem with it’s current practices.

My item went to Japan and disappeared there since 3rd of December. Customer service didn’t help. Keep asking me to wait until it arrives.
