ok here is the update. First of all, I received my order after way too long. but deleted the review because I got the courier at last anyway. Right after I opened the package it had a small crease in the center on white skin it is very noticeable. So I emailed them right away with pictures. I did not get any response. I thought it might be because of the Christmas holidays. Its been a month now paid first class shipping and still got my package after almost a month later and a defective one too. please do not buy. worst customer service. and this is first time ever I am writing a bad review of any product

Ordered 2 on 30th December. no contact at all, no delivery info, nothing about delays, atrocious customer service and no intention to actually fulfil orders. they are vinyl stickers, what's so hard about sourcing or making them???? what flawed business model dictates printing orders as they come 4 weeks after they are initiated

I am a Hongkong-based customer of Slickwrap, placed an order back in Oct 24 2019 in the Halloween sale event and never received any booking confirmation until a chase e-mail sent to the Slickwraps support team by end of November, and eventually received the confirmation on Dec 3. Today is January 13 2020, I still haven't received my iPad Pro case sticker. I understand from the confirmation and the company policy regarding international shipping and potential complication with USPS - the tracking of USPS is essentially useless; my item is stuck with them since Dec 23. Since I have been desperately waiting for it though I decided to chase and follow-up again on early January and the support team never replied anymore. I trust my second follow-up e-mail have already conveyed my frustration and I decided to follow through my decision on dropping this specific complain on TrustPilot, providing an extra perspection for anyone who contemplates a purchase with SlickWrap. To this minute, I still have no idea where my purchase is in the world now.

Ordered in December 2019. Today is Jan 10th, 2020. I paid for 1-2-Day Express Shipping. I opened a ticked on 1/1/2020 and they replied on 1/2/2020 it will ship any day now. 9-days later, they have not shipped. I filed a BBB complaint (there are 130+ BBB complaints against Slickwraps). I don't expect they will ever ship based on what I am seeing here and at the BBB. Slickwraps support phone = disconnected.

never received, no response from slickwraps. filed a dispute with PayPal and slickwraps sent a fake tracking number to resolve the dispute. I sent PayPal the real tracking number and original emails, but their bots will not help me. this company was willing to commit fraud over $12.. I followed up with them to see if somehow they sent the fake tracking number by accident. no response again.

I made my order on 06/12 and until this day i didn't received anything. Tracking says that it arrived my country on 29/12 but it doesn't show any more information, so i asked via email (to slickwraps) if they could help me on getting more information or if they could tell me the status of the order, but nobody answers the email. Still waiting on them .... at the moment the order is somewhere on my country since 29/12 ... Very bad costumer service, Dbrand offers a much better experience and costumer service ...

Took almost a month to arrive - faulty! Yes I waited amost a whole month to recieve a skin that was faulty! On the back there was marks that made it impossible to have the skin smooth like shown the website. Secondly for the AirPods Pro skin, they sent me a different cut of the skin that was not on their website, so I had no frame of guide for installation. Would not reccomend anyone buy from here, dont be lured in with the discounts, go with someone else.

I ordered a customized ipad skin and pencil protector last 14th December. Unfortunately no update of the order from the company (reflected "PROCESSING" until today 6th January), customer service very poor and hardly can contact them, email response takes a long time. As promised customized item takes approximately 6-8 business days for them to ship BUT never happened. Very frustrating service! This company doesn't deserve even a 1 star.
