The product itself is a fine one, comparable in quality to other top vinyl makers. The problem is the atrocious customer support itself and its absurd unwillingness to respond to any emails or contact support. I was sent a partially incorrect order, with two wrong items and colours that were different from those implied in the product item and I approached them to get this fixed. Was I in for an ordeal! They never responded (to this day!) to numerous emails and even Twitter messages (IM and on their wall). This refers to a period of well over a month. I felt trapped into a transaction that became problematic. I decided to use PayPal to Dispute the transaction but they never responded there either grinding out the time until the Dispute automatically closed down. I escalated to PayPal itself and it was only then that they offered a refund provided I send back all the products! I had, of course, the incorrect ones but the other ones were already obviously applied! This "resolution" came hours before PayPal would be due to step in, and I felt even more humiliated by a company that clearly cares not, nor deserves, my custom. Avoid like the plague. They cannot operate in the present state without a rigorous shaking up of their customer support systems from the grounds up.

Also the same for me. They are take money from 10th of February and I didn't receive any update about the status of the order. No processing update, no shipping update, nothing

Took me to get PayPal to get my money back as this shower wouldn’t even bother to reply and blocked me on all social media. Absolute scammers this lot, DO NOT DEAL with! And if anyone has any doubts, I’ve screenshotted the numerous attempts at contact with no reply, and all dealings with PayPal to get my funds back. DO NOT waste your time with this company, they’re scammers and nothing more

Made an order on 02/07/20, only got a confirmation email, nothing after that, email the company 2 separate times to ask about the order, got no reply from the company, consider calling my cc company to do a dispute on this.

The first time I purchased from SlickWraps a few years ago it was an Iron Man skin I received had a huge piece of glue right in the middle straight out of the box. I had to fight with SlickWraps for hours to just send me a new skin. I wrote them off for a few years. Well I did decide to do business with this company again because they offered a clear protective product that I wanted. They have since taken my money 6 weeks ago and have not shipped the product. Their customer support does not respond AND they are taking their sweet time answering the PayPal case I opened. I wish I could rate this company lower. It's my understanding they've also had a data breach. So not only has this company messed up an order AND has stolen my money all of their customer data may be compromised.

I ordered (2) custom wraps for my VR headset and after nearly 3 weeks of waiting, it still wasn't shipped. I sent in an email request to get a status updated and 3 days later, still nothing. I canceled my order, filed a complaint to reverse the order with my CC company and have since ordered similar products from another company. If these guys can't make the products they are selling, then why are they running a 60% off sale for weeks? Seems like a borderline scam. In today's society it seems ridiculous it would take this long to make a glorified sticker. Terrible business.

As other reviews have stated, if I could I would award slickwraps zero stars I would! The wrap for my Apple Pencil 2 does not fit correctly, this is not a ‘goof’ error but simply a defective product. It took slickwraps some 20+ days to have the courtesy to get back to me, I supplied clear images showing the defect but despite that they refuse to provide a refund. They offered to send another product out or credit me with 11 points, after the terrible ‘service recovery’ I simply wanted my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my credit company who will hopefully issue a chargeback, I would encourage you to use a credit card with this company to at least have some protection for when things go wrong! My aim here is to warn other prospective customers, think carefully before ordering with slickwraps as if you have an issue expect slow and unhelpful customer service responses. Hopefully someone senior from Slickwraps reads these reviews and starts to investigate!

This company is irresponsible and negligent. My data has been obtained by a 3rd party and I have been sent the information they have on. This is going to be reported to the information officer that manages GDPR in Europe and I encourage any other Europeans affected to do the same. I hope they are punished to the full extent of the law and fined so much money that they are put out of business and the only jobs they can get is flipping burgers. I have emailed the company but doubt I will hear anything back. Unless their worried about their trust pilot review rating. FYI, I will not be changing this review back because you asked or offered. Slick wraps has crossed the line and I am taking this as far as I can.
