I ordered switch joy-con skins 2 weeks ago and have not received any update on the delivery; status has been on 'processing' for the past 2 weeks. I appreciate the possible delay due to the lockdown in the US, however, not keeping the customers updated with the situation is not responsible at all. I have emailed them to ask for updates, but did not get a response. Would recommend look elsewhere.

I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago, but the order is still "Processing." Also, no one responded to my message. I would not recommend ordering from SlickWraps.

Ordered one skin on the 18th of March. 4 weeks now and still nothing. Got a shipped email 2 weeks ago but the tracking hasn’t moved past “acceptance pending”. USPS tell me that’s because they haven’t received the item yet to deliver to me. These guys are crooks. Ordered a skin from Dbrand twice in that time and got both. Contacted slickwraps so many times but they are ignoring all emails and twitter dms. Do not trust them.

THIS COMPANY IS SOO BAD, I ORDERED FROM THEM BEFORE, IT TOOK AGES BUT I ARRIVED. BUT NOW I ORDERED AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE DISCOUNT. PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY WONT EVEN SEND THE ORDER. MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR MORE THAN 17 DAYS, HOWS THAT FOR SERVICE. I ORDERED THE 2 DAY SHIPMENT BUT STILL WHATS THE POINT, THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. JUST DONT ORDER FROM SLICKWRAPS GUYS. MIGHT BE CHEAPER THAN DBRAND OR SOME OTHER COMPANY, AT LEAST THE OTHER COMPANIES ARE FASTER AND DO INDEED SHIP YOUR ORDER TO YOU, I WILL BASH THIS COMPANY WHENEVER I CAN.

Never received oder and customer service doesn't reply ordered over early November 2019, was only sent on December 12th after contacting customer service. It's February now and I still haven't received my order. They never replied to e-mails, untill I posted this review, saying I have to wait for 90 days.. Maybe it's bad luck that my order somehow got lost, but customer service doesn't help so far. They tried to remove my review. To me that is crazy; they are concerned with their bad reviews but not spending the time on the customers.. Well, and surprise, after the 90 days send them a message, but of course no reply again.

Super slow postage with no explanation despite emailing numerous times. We'll get back to you... No you won't. Ordered 13 February & it is now 2 April & still no sign of it. Wasn't a custom order but just a simple colour. I wouldn't bother. Use a different company

Ordered various skins for my devices on the 23rd February and I'm yet to receive anything to this day. Really disappointing moreso is the fact they fail to act upon their mistakes, a good business would rectify this in a speedy fashion. Not only have they failed to answer my questions about why I haven't received anything, they still send constant emails about special offers or new skins they're offering. Normally I refrain from posting negative reviews, however I don't want someone else to have their money taken and not receive anything in return.

I have been trying to reach them for 3 months about a missing order. I have tried on Facebook, Twitter, and probably a dozen emails. I have been trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the double, what with CODIV-19, and previously their haveibeenpwned mishap. I have been trying to be chill about all of it but this is just absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to reach anyone. They have auto-generated Zendesk "ticket received" responses when you email SOMETIMES, as well as an auto-reply for their Twitter customer support, but they never actually get back to you. However they certainly have SOMEONE there with the near-daily email promotions they push out. I can't believe I am having to write this. This would be such a non-issue, either resend or refund. I would have kept you guys highly rated and would have decked out all my current and future stuff with your product and have spread the word positively. Why do you do this? Why not take ANY action?
