SlickwrapsReviews of slickwraps.com

My Name Is Justin Dewitt.. I ordered the cork macbook pro skin for the 13 inch model. Shipping was fast, and actually arrived 1 day after the product said "shipped" However, upon receiving my item, I found that they shipped me the cork skin for the 15 inch model. I have tried to contact them via their support system and have yet to receive a response. I will change this review if I get a response in a timely fashion, and they resolve this issue. Order Number: 3705146

Products are good, but shipping is horrendous. I don't know what happened they used to be good but It's been 20 days and nothing so far

I ordered from them a while ago, at the time I read lots of negative feedback so I was a bit wary but I had already ordered. My order took way over the estimated time to arrive to the point where I thought I got scammed but it ended up arriving. The quality is not as good as other brands I've ordered from, the skin I got has started to peel on 1 corner, this could be a mistake on my part (maybe I didn't apply it well enough) But the other brands skin was stuck on so well it would never come loose so I guess it's partly a quality problem. All in all I still have the skin on my computer since it looks good and it's a cool design you can't get anywhere else so If you see something on the site you really like you should just go for it.

First things first, I am a first time buyer. I have heard of Slickwraps through YouTube and through some people that have them. So I like the selection great skins. So I did a customized skin. At check out, I created my username and password so I can log in and check the status on my order so I know it comes in. I paid for it ect at checkout got my order number and when I try to log in it says invalid password. So I try to reset it and links expired every time I sent one. So now I can’t log in. That’s great! I think it’s dumb we have to contact you through email rather than actually calling because you don’t even REPLY! I bought my wraps 3 days ago and no response from the reps and of course no wraps still, but you take my money? 3 stars until I get a response back and have my wrap. And I paid for express shipping so that’s that.

After trying to contact them multiple times I have not received my items. I paid 2 day delivery and supposedly were sent last Wednesday. No customer service, phone number or any way to get in contact fast. I have bought from them before and the customer service it is a pain. Will no longer do business with them and expect a full refund on the shipping expenses since they did not fulfilled what I paid. Hopefully I will get the skins or will report them as fraud. Edit They replied there is live chat- nowhere to be found on their website They also replied with my shipping information I know the status I want a refund because I paid extra to have it delivered in two days Edit Replied to their email from “peter quill”January 26th 7:55pm cst Edit Wow this company really treats their customers like crap. Indeed they refunded me my shipping cost but took all the points that were worth more than the shipping. I guess this company really doesn’t want me to recommend or buy from them ever again. Extremely disappointed with them but greteful that they showed me that they do not care about the client. If you have the option do not buy from them Edit They have refunded my points that they took Edit Finally after a week of shipping I received almost all my items I am missing the matching apple pencil wrap sent a ticket at 12:27 cat hopefully someone will answer soon
