Not the best experience. It took over a week to ship which i suppose is reasonable taking into account processing time etc. I tried to email them but never got a response so submitted an online ticket. Again response to this was hit and miss. The product must be one of the worst i have had and i have used several different companies over time. It came with no instructions for fitting and my items were not available on their website under installation videos. The Apple Watch 4 wrap is a joke and mine ended up in the bin. I also purchased a wrap for the Apple TV 4K which although went on ok, the wrap for the remote was useless as the holes for the buttons were out fractionally so this stopped the wrap from being seated correctly. Usually USA companies are some of the best you will ever deal with but these could seriously do with being trained in the art of timely response. I would not recommend this company due to poor customer service and no installation instructions.

Very slow shipping compared to dbrand who offer free international shipping over $30 and it is alot faster aswell.

Product was nowhere near the quality I expected. I asked to return and get my money back. They send an email that said I could send it back and get a refund but the the product basically had to be untouched. And I would have to pay shipping. That’s more hassle then it’s worth. I responded with that and said that when someone looks at my horrible wrap funny, I will let them know it’s from Slickwraps. It’s been 10 days since this email was sent. $22 wasted for me and bad advertisement for them I guess

I made an order, and they didn't deliver the product, it's been 3 weeks since i ordered. I've contacted them and nothing no response what's so ever. Guessing I'm not gonna get refund either. I wouldn't recommend it, the company doesn't seem like trustworthy. I can't even track my order since, I haven't received the email giving me my order number. Just very poor service from the company After almost a month, the recently contacted me and sent the delivery through.

I've been waiting on my wrap for my galaxy Note 9 for so long that it doesn't show up on my banking activity anymore. Please don't waste your money on this horrible product. If I got my product soon I would change my review to 5 stars.

Slow slow slow 5 days and counting and product still hasnt shipped this is a standard product with no customisation!!! contact them they say this is due to busy time of year,, well here is a great bit of advice for customer service, have notification of delays before order now they wont allow cancellation this company must be run out of someones moms basement! i gave 2 stars as webpage is very easy to navigate *edit... after posting on twitter my displeasure( they blocked me), slickwraps gave the deserved refund **my edit** this company could learn from this experience, by either having a disclaimer when ordering, that due to increased sales your order could be delayed, or send a email to the customer after order, this is the expected time delay would you like to continue with order !!

Very poor customer service. I actually like the skins but they need help as a company. Takes them forever to ship a sticker... bought from them a few times at different points throughout the year and I always get this response after waiting 3 weeks or more for my sticker: “Sorry for the delay. This is the busiest time of the year for us here at SW. We are working as quickly as possible to get your order out to you. Processing time will be delayed due to the high volume of orders in our facility at this time. Please understand that selecting faster shipping will not speed up processing time during this time. You will get an email once the order leaves our facility. Tracking typically needs 24-48 hours to update. Thank you for your understanding” Multiple people have gotten this same email copy and pasted. Good product, good pricing, terrible customer service. Btw if your buying on Black Friday don’t expect it to come until January.

10 days and the order is still NOT shipped. It is a total dissapointment. They just said that this is normal during a sale. My advice: upgrade your warehouse, get more people to work for you, etc... its not all about counting the income you know... my first and last time shopping from slickwraps.
