Ordered their “limited edition custom skins” back in March, and it has been more than two months and I haven’t received the items. Countless emails sent to the support team but no response at all. I had to go thru PayPal resolution Centre and hopefully I’ll get a refund. Terrible customer care overall, and I have to say that I’ve been ordering from dbrand without issues at all but thought of giving Slickwraps a try but totally regretting it.

They are cheats and HORRIBLE customer service. ordered skin for my laptop on 5th May... since then unable to contact customer care and unable to get any replies. reached out to them on instagram, Facebook, email, their website... NOTHING. apart from taking my money they don't even have the courtesy to reply to customers.

No delivery and no response So at the time of writing of this review it has been nearly two months since I placed my order and it has still not arrived. Wrote an email to their customer service after which I received an automated message that after they have dispatched to the courier they don't do much else basically. so. I am not doing business with this level of "service" again and neither should you to be frank. There are competing sites that I have used with both customer service and even more importantly - actually delivering what you order.

Absolutely terrible company - avoid at all costs. Item never arrived, they didn't reply at all and as of now they have just taken my money. Also they have had huge data-breaches in the past due to total negligence on their part. Go for another brand of wraps and avoid this scam of a company Slickwraps

Ordered in March and never shipped, never responded to emails or phone calls. Thank goodness I used PayPal who protected me against these theives. Still took 2 months to get a refund. This company wasted my time and their website should be taken down. Buyer beware!

Ongoing horrible experience. I placed an order on 4/29. As of 5/14, the order still shows as processing. No response from customer service after multiple emails and calls. This is likely the worst company I have ever seen. I wonder how many other people they have taken money from. I got so fed up that I ordered from another company. I ordered on 5/8, it shipped on 5/11, and I got my order on 5/13! All the while, Slickwraps order status site still shows as "order processing".
