Placed order on the 10th of May 2020. It is now the 17th of June 2020 and the order status still says "Processing". I have received zero communications. The customer support is non-existent, but they do know how to take your money and also how to lie on social media about their website security. I filed a complaint using PayPal resolution, on the 31st of May 2020, to which the "company" never responded to and which I escalated on the 13th of June 2020 -- still without a response. This is not just another 'bad' company. This is truly a scam. You have been warned. If you want to throw your money, go ahead and buy something from Slickwraps. Make sure you can ask for a refund from your Credit Card company, because you will not get your item or your money from Slickwraps themselves. This is some slick crap.

As everyone else complaint same reason no response no communication after taking the money from our bank accounts...luckily it wasn't a big amount of money that I spent on. Well lesson learned. Ps. Stay away from slickwraps i repeat stay away.......

Never received product but was charged. 30 days later.

They took my money but can’t respond a single time in a month about my order. I ordered my product exactly one month ago. Didn’t receive order confirmation so I immediately messaged them to make sure things went through ok. Here we are 30 days later. No response to four emails, and they have $38 of my money. They literally have not messaged me a single time other than automated responses. This is completely unethical. They’re ignoring me. For what though? $38? For real? I always order my wraps from them without a issue, this however shows me that if I have a issue they’ll basically tell you to F off by not responding.

Placed my order over two months ago and its still says processing. Have submitted numerous tickets and emails and have not gotten anything except an automated response.

So I placed an order a while back and all I got was the confirmation email. Now reading these reviews I realize I chose the wrong company and I'm probably never getting my order. Should've gone to DBrand or eBay. Well, you live you learn.

I had placed this order #3907543 on 24th April, the only email I got from them was the order confirmation one . Even after placing multiple complaints in their website, just got some automated reply. Horrible customer service. People will actually lose interest on the product after waiting this long . Need a refund.

Customer service ignores my requests I ordered the Sticker Bomb Macbook cover and what I received was different from the image on the web site (the image I received contained profanity while the image on the site is family friendly). I opened a ticket to complain and ask for a replacement. I initially received a response that the skins are produced randomly and they would ask if it was possible to produce a new copy without the profanity. That was in March. I have asked for updates multiple times since then to no avail. I have now escalated to Paypal.
