I wish I did my research before going with this company. They are slow as hell with processing orders and their customer service sucks! Aw and you can’t cancel your order neither. I had to contact the BBB and dispute the charge before having my order processed! I will never recommend this company. Here I thought Dbrands was bad.

I feel so stupid, I've ordered from these guys in the past and had no issues so didn't think twice about checking other people's recent experiences, but I too am now waiting for my order status to change from "processing" and it's been about 3 weeks since I placed the order. I've messaged them and have not received a response.

I rarely write reviews. But these guys are so bad I need to spread the word. I placed an order for a skin for a MacBook Pro. Delivery (per their website) was supposed to be about a week. I sent emails after 2, 3 and 4 weeks asking for updates. No response. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. I ended up disputing the charge (successfully) with my credit card company. Wish I had trusted the many other negative reviews here on Trustpilot.

TERRIBLE! I wish I did more research on this place as I have not heard any response what so ever. They take your money and thats it . Nothing sent to you, no messages, no confirmation, and no phone number to call. STAY AWAY from this place! DANGER!!! Patience is a virtue my ass. What they really want to say is, "SUCKA! I got your money no go pout and whine about it til you puke."

Awful business. Wish I would have researched before we ordered. Sent a defective, warped and bent slickwrap for an Apple MacBook Air. Won't respond to correspondence and no phone number to communicate with them.

Unfortunately Slickwraps hasn't responded to repeated customer service emails, regarding: 1) an order I needed to cancel well within the parameters of their cancellation policy, and 2) an order I needed to return, well within the parameters of their return policy.
