6 weeks and still no update from Slickwraps. Have emailed and submitted tickets with them but never have any answer. 100% SCAM!!!

Slickwraps used to be my go-to company for skins. I've personally worked with them in the past for some reviews, so naturally, I came back and spent my own money to buy skins for my new devices. I was quoted a 4-6 day shipping window on their website, but when that didn't happen, I sent an email to ask for an ETA. I never got a reply to the email, so I started doing some research and discovered that this is a pattern! It's now 2 weeks since I placed my order with no reply from Slickwraps, and I'm working on getting a refund from my credit card company. You've been warned. Don't order from Slickwraps if you want to get the product any time soon.

I ordered a custom skin for a Nintendo Switch on June 26. There was a 60% off sale at the time (more on that later). The website says it takes 5-10 business days to ship for custom orders and $4 shipping & handling. 2 WEEKS LATER, I contacted them and asked why my order hasn't shipped, no answer. Few more days go by, tried again. NO ANSWER. Direct message them on twitter, nothin. Check what people were saying about them on twitter, there are tons of unshipped orders since February. Yet Slickwraps has a never ending 24hr 60% off sale that resets at midnight everyday. If they can't fulfill orders, don't have a sale. I filed a complaint with BBB and FTC, DM them telling them I filed said complaints. And guess what my order shipped on a monday... usps and it's delayed, it was supposed to be here Friday. If you want something within a reasonable time. Don't use slickwraps. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered the phone cover a custum one a month ago and still no received an order confirming the delivery date

I never received an order confirmation nor my products and only ever received 1 Zendesk reply, even thouigh i have chased this up multiple times. I have put in a request with my credit card provider to refund due to fraud.

Never received the product, never received any response to my numerous inquiries. Highly NOT recommended

COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I was sent tracking for my order that just doesn't seem to make sense, it has been in and out of my state and country several times but never quite makes it to the delivery address despite checking that they have the postcode right, etc. Left hearing crickets after trying to contact SlickWraps and 6 weeks after I ordered I have now come to the realisation after reading these reviews that I have been scammed! DO NOT FALL FOR IT PEOPLE!

Horrible company. They never respond!
