Order Date: September 17, 2019 Today is October 10, 2019 Slickwraps publishes a label for delivery to USPS a few days after the order and does not send them the package ... Absolutely no response to my various emails and my package is still not sent nearly a month after the order. Another disturbing fact: I had seen the price of my article, the next day a new promotion more interesting was announced on the whole site. Problem: The article in question was always at the same price. I contact Slickwraps, this is the only time they answered one of my messages, and the incredible answer was: the price already takes into account the reduction. Wrong answer! Update problem with the price apparently?! For summary the customer service is non-existent following the non-sending of my order. October 11, 2019 update : Slickwraps contacted me very quickly yesterday after my review asking me to confirm my order number , which I did. Of course no excuse! I'm waiting to see what happens next... October 17, 2019 update : now USPS says my package is currently in transit to the destination! So wait for the reception now. Thank you finally Slickwraps for sending my package, a small message from you would have been appreciated also ... I'll change the rating depending of the reception and the quality of the item I ordered for my laptop. October 21, 2019 update : PACKAGE RECEIVED FINALLY !!! The MATRIX SKIN looks very nice. I'll tell you how it is after I'll put it on my laptop (if it fits well, durability...). October 22, 2019 update : The skin seems to be a good product. Looks nice on my laptop. No so easy to install unless you take the time to watch some videos tutorials before (I should have done that before...). So mine is not perfectly installed (bottom surface of the laptop which is more tricky to install) but it's my fault. That's OK. No installation instructions are provided with the skin.

Sent Wrong Products Pathetic Service. First they did not ship my order for 15 days. I had to open paypal case and then they shipped me the order. Pathetics have to be forced to ship the order. After that, when they shipped me the order, it was for wrong phone. Totally different. I ordered skins for OnePlus 5T and they sent me the skin of OnePlus 3T. What can I use it for. Worst of All brand... Dbrand are far better then this garbage Update: Just after I posted the review, slickwraps instantly contacted me and issued a refund. Taking time to ship and process orders is still an issue with them, but atleast I got my refund and now updated my review. Update 2.0: No, it's not a fake review, neither am I a competitor. I'm a consumer.

Never Received order from April 4th sent emails to them and received a tracking number on 4/15 that has never shipped contacted them via email on 4/19 no response filed complaint with BBB 4/23/2019 by the way there BBB website for them says with a big exclamation point that this company has a pattern of complaints Check it out at BBB.org then put name of Company as slickwraps.com with state and city as Wichita, KS stay away!!! I will update this once this get rectified by BBB.org **** UPDATE**** Got an email 10 minutes after writing this saying the aren't sure what happened and asked if I would like a refund or shipped out today, I said please send ASAP will update with progress.****FINAL UPDATE*** I received my order today only because I reviewed them poorly on Trustpilot I am going to give 3 stars the product is fantastic but the service is awful, I bought from them in November and on the website it stated that they were busy(They set the expectation)and delivery is behind. This time there was no notice and I expected reasonable delivery but obviously that didn't happen. I don't like having to give poor reviews because it can effect peoples livelihoods but when it takes time from my livelihood (spending my time on just getting something I paid for) It pisses my off. Product solid 5, Service solid 0 can't give 2 1/2 stars but decided on 3 stars.

It is my second week after I placed my order and until now my order is still on process on their website. I got reply from them named Dolores and she said (I am sorry for the delay with your recent order. Please understand that we are still working through a high volume of orders from our recent sales. Your order is currently still in the processing stages but we are working to get all orders pushed out as soon as we can. When the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. That tracking information will update accordingly once it leaves our facility. Thank you for your recent order as well as your patience as we get through this rush. Sorry again for any delay.) I don't know how get a refund from them since my order is already deducted from my paypal account. I don't know also if they still send me the order or wait for nothing. PLEASE BEWARE FOR THE 5 STARS REVIEW ALL OF THAT IS FAKE!!! UPDATE from Slickwarp as of April 17, 2019 (Hello, We apologize for the issues. We have canceled and refunded your order per your request.) As I check on my paypal account I got a full refund from them. The status of my order on their website is already closed but before I made this review it is still on process. I was happy because my money was returned to me. Thank you Trustpilot for helping me and to to reach out my concerned. I raised my review from 1 star to 3 stars because they send me a refund but lost of excitement since my order was cancelled.

Order number 3735913 Ordered on March 31st. Paypal payment was processed same day. I received an email confirming my order and that once it was processed I would receive a tracking number. No email has been received. I have checked my spam and all accounts and nothing. My slickwraps account says order is processing. It has been this way since the 31st. I have reached out to them twice and only thing I have gotten was a form letter stating they are very busy and trying to hire more people. They said I should expect to hear from them within 2 to 3 business days. This has not happened with either request I have submitted. They say their customer service hours are from 9am to 5pm and even say to call but no number is provided on their site that I could find. I did find it on my American Express statement and after an extensive look on the internet but when called it is always busy. My frustration is that they were very quick to take my money but will not follow through with promised services. Busy is good but no communication is bad. My son has purchased several products of theirs and like the quality but it seems I will not be able to comment on the quality due to the fact I doubt I will receive anything. It has been 10 business days since my order and I have heard nothing from them. A company should not take money until the order is processed but after reading several reviews I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I would be very leery about doing business with this company. Edit: After this post I received contact from Slickwraps. They again said they were very busy but as soon as things were shipped they would notify me. Two days later it was shipped and I received 3 days later. Quality of the wraps seem to be very good. I wish their customer service was as good. Upgrade to a 3 star review from a 1 star. would give them a 5 star if their commutation was better.

I have got a quick reply from customer service that was all i wanted.3 stars only because it so hard to get to you guys.

Waited on the cases I customized for over three weeks but it only ever said processing. I emailed multiple times never got helped even after asking for a refund. Made a bad review on here explaining that I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Got a reply from Slickwraps and they cleared it up and shipped out my item. Would have rather it of just went smoothly and came when it was suppose to but I appreciate having it be made right not sure if I’ll order again from them in fright this might happen again but I’m overall happy that my cases are coming now.

Ordered on April 1st I was always a big fan of wraps and skins. So I wanted to try out Slickwraps. I wasn’t aware that it’ll take longer than a week to process. Getting pretty disappointed. I emailed them to see if they had any information about my order status. Never had a response. I thought they mentioned they responded within 24-48 hours April 8th Still processing. I emailed them again. No response. Messaged them through Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. No response at this moment. When I checked to see if my emails had a response, it looked like they were expired or taken down. Getting worried at this point. Might consider canceling order. Edit- April 9th Slickwraps contacted me here they were able to push it through. They responded pretty quick. So if you want a quick response they can reach you here in Trustpilot site. Moving 1 star to 3 stars.
