I bought an Apple Pencil 2 skin. After 1,5 months it finally arrived. Thats still acceptable considering that we are facing the Covid-19 Pandemic and me living in Europe. The bad thing is the fitment of the wrap. The gaps are huge and it just looks cheap.

Paid $30 for skins back in May, have not heard a word from the company since. Have emailed them, no reply. No tracking number. No product. Will do a charge back on my credit card - avoid this website. Update: I did eventually receive the skins in July. Unfortunately they are poor quality.

I ordered on March 2 and finally arrived on June 4. I bought 4 Macbook Pro skins - 2 are made with 3M material and the other 2 from no brand material. I first applied the two no brand skins to my laptops, and the fitting was terrible (too big) and the air bubbles being trapped in the honeycomb design was impossible to remove. Then I applied the carbon fibre and camouflage designs on my laptops, both made with 3M materials, and these fitted well. I wrote to customer service twice during the waiting period, a staff replied the first time only. Slickwrap is always on discount to attract sales, don't buy from them unless you don't mind a LONG wait and some of their products don't fit well.

First off I’ve like to be fair. The product is amazing. The fit, quality and selection is top notch. Now for the bad... their customer service BLOWS!! I paid for 2nd day shipping and my product wasn’t shipped out until a week later. Just ordered something else and I’ve been waiting a week, my order is still processing. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money and give such poor customer service

First purchase over a year ago was efficient and successful. I have made another order almost two months ago and after few weeks I haven't received my order but somebody else's. Currently I am waiting over two weeks to hear a reply from them but with no luck. Very disappointed as I was expecting to receive an item before Christmas.

Good product quality, unfortunately the right one was not delivered. I have ordered a foil without logo cutout, but get one with logo cutout. I have contacted the support twice in an interval of 7 days, but even now, about 3 weeks later, no answer. The time of 3 weeks until the film was shipped was probably due to Christmas, but the note "immediately available" was nonsense. An honest statement that delays should be expected would have been fair to me. All in all I will order a foil for my iPad somewhere else.

Delivery to Austria took 6 weeks. One skin (woven metal) was simply to rigid to bend over the curved back of my P30 Pro so it did not stick to it. The marble skin bent better but still it feels uncomfortable with the skin at the edges. This is definately an issue with the bent back of the phone, but still I would not sell something which is close to unusable. Seems to me that they did not really test this skin rather just made a 2D cut of available material.

I placed an order on October 18th, they shipped it on November 12th, and today is December 1st, and i STILL haven't received my order! It took them almost a month to ship it. In that time i emailed them, got no answer. I've ordered from them before and while shipping was slow, it wasn't this slow. I've ordered things from china and received them in less time than it took Slickwrap to ship my order. The product is pretty good, but service is awful. I won't be ordering from them again.
