DO NOT BUY SLCIKWRAP!!! Checking around the internet, you'll see many complaints about how Slickwrap has recently been cheating people and not fulfilling orders. However, having bought from them in early 2019 and received my shipment, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, so decided to purchase from them again in mid Nov. It's now Dec. 9th, been 3 weeks since they took my payment but they still haven't shipped my item and have not replied to any of my emails.

My experience is unfortunately so similar to many I have read here. I made my order on September 16th, today is December and I still have not received it!! Customer service is appalling. For weeks they said that I had to be patient. Now that I asked for a Refund, the answer was “We can only issue a refund if it comes back within the time frame indicated” ... well not having received it in the first place, it is hard to send it back!! Also, when they were asking to be patient, it is now clear that it was just to gain time in order to avoid paying a refund. Long story short, Stay away from them, they will just take your money and not deliver.

I've been waiting on my order for a month+ now. It still says 'processing'. No words from customer service and refund is not possible because it's too far in the warehouse. Lol. Send my order or give my money back.

Ordered in May. I am still waiting for my order. I can't get a human to answer anything. All I get is Automated e-mail responses that don't reply to the questions I ask. They won't let me cancel the order either!! The only reason I give them a one star is because they won't let me give them zero. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Item never received, non existent customer service ... AVOID at all costs. Terrible company and terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible experience and customer service. 10 days between each from the customer service and they won’t refund or confirm what’s going on with my order. Won’t order again and don’t recommend anyone to order. Dbrand is much better but unfortunately they don’t have transparent skins

I was so excited when I purchased my custom skin for my oculus quest and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it finally arrived I noticed that they had only shipped the skin and a microfibre cloth with no instructions on how to place it on my quest, after about and hour of trying to get it on it was wrinkle free in the middle but looked like a fancy ravioli on the edges, none of the edges stayed down and stuck. After modifying it with an exacto knife to where half the skin was gone and almost my whole custom design lost it was pretty much just a rectangle, even at this point I could not get it on without wrinkles, after looking online I found people were using hair dryers to heat it so that they could stretch it but this can’t be good for the system to be heated so much, others were making slits in it to make it go down with no wrinkles, all measures the company should have taken to make sure their product works, I think that if it needs these measures to be taken at least send a set of instructions with your product.

I wonder why this company is still allowed making order, you can find so many poor reviews on them but unfortunately they don't show if you write slickwraps on google. They don't send items, do not replay to clients, they ignore tottaly customers. My order was made 2 moths ago, till this day I don't receive item. Shame on you ScamWraps! Do not make order becouse you loose your money!
