Incentives for deal finders?
Pretty great website. I love posting special deals for others as I aim to be employed as a deal catcher, but unfortunately, there is no real incentive for being a prolific community member. Say, If I 5 post deals a day, and I daily reach the frontpage/popular category with my listings, what do I receive back for my efforts? Earning points/cents based on a merit and being able to cash out would be a tremendous motivator for casuals and new users. The ripple effect will certainly increase traffic for more/better deals, and likely draw in more viewers/sponsored pay per clicks revenue. Other than that, I still recommend others to visit this website!

Lots of great deals
Lots of great deals. A few not-so-good deals. Overall, a great site and good input from users.
Response from SlickdealsApr 1, 2026
Yeah, there have definitely been deals posted that kinda make me go "hmmm". That's where our community comes in on voting on threads so they can help everyone know if it's a good deal or not. Thanks for your feedback!

It is great to see deals, but...
It is great to see deals, but you send the same deals multiple days, over and over again... A bit frustrating. Also, it should be good to not size limits , etc up front on a deal without getting to a deal to see my size is not available.
Response from SlickdealsMar 16, 2026
Thanks for your feedback! Regarding the same deals multiple days, we've heard that feedback before as well. Where it gets confusing is, when those same deals are posted they keep getting thumbs up so we figure our community must like it or maybe it's good for people who don't check every day and may have missed the sale on pistachios (for example) from 2 days ago. Thank you for your feedback regarding sizes as well. I know our deal hunters do try to list the sizes/colors available for clothings/shoes/etc but I don't believe everyone else does all the time.

Mostly good deals, just weed through promotional junk
Overall the deals are often good and the community is good to decent. It seems like a fair amount of promoted deals make front page with few to no comments and few thumbs up, which feels like affiliate spam.

discount prices are sometimes hard to get, but when available they are good.
Response from SlickdealsMar 16, 2026
Hi. I agree that can be a problem sometimes. It seems like, especially lately, it can depend even just where you live/what warehouse is shipping out to you, regarding if a code works or if something is in stock. We are trying to figure out the best solution for this. Thank you so much for your feedback.

Love most deals, but not all comments
Love most of the deals, but people start getting political or nasty with some of their comments. End up weeding through the comments for solid questions and answers
Response from SlickdealsFeb 6, 2026
We definitely do not like that either. If you see a comment you feel is political or nasty, please press the mod alert or report button so our mods can look into it. We have 24/7 mod coverage, so that will be looked into and you'll get a reply within minutes. Thank you for your feedback!
