Hi. Thanks for your feedback :) Unfortunately, we cannot control when a merchant ends a sale, coupon code, how much stock they have, etc. If we could it would make things a lot easier for all of us :) We do understand it's frustrating to run across a deal that looks live but isn't (I feel the same way) and we are actively trying to find a way to streamline them better and get them moved into Deal Talk (where we send expired deals) as quickly as possible.

Regarding the amazon prices, yes I also agree it's frustrating. The issue is, often amazon goes by what warehouse is being used to ship to you. So I might not have a coupon/not in stock because it's shipping from x warehouse near me but you might have it because it's shipping from x warehouse near you. We are trying to best figure out how to deal with that that benefits everyone. There are definitely a lot of shoes and clothing posted for men, we get emails and feedback about that as well. There are a lot of women's deals too (or sometimes the thread is for both men and women) but for whatever reason, those just don't seem to get the votes to reach the Front Page as much as the men's items do.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Our deals often do expire fast, and some of them require memberships - such as Prime membership for example. Additionally, some require even more "luck" such as account-specific coupons. While we do our best to clarify this as much as possible, even when we do they are just gone because the coupon expired or price went up. We will continue to strive to improve! HI! Thank you for your feedback. Our members do their best to validate all deals as they are posted and usually if the price is inaccurate, they flag deals for staff review. It does happen that deals expire and are still on the platform while not marked expired. We continue to strengthen our ability to keep all of those correctly updated and accurate, but it's a constant work in progress. Hi! Thank you for your feedback and for being a member for this long! I have personally been on Slickdeals for 20+ years as well, and definitely remember the crazy 2000s and some of the incredible deals. While it's true that the amazing "price mistake" deals are not as frequent, there are a lot more deals available in a lot more categories than we used to have, thanks to our ever-growing community and evolution of e-commerce and marketplaces.
