SLE EquipmentReviews of sleequipment.com

I give one star since i don't have the choice of zero stars ,I bought 3 parts in 02 July and after many ignored emails , I got answer about middle august , to say I am  sorry is on the way , then in middle september after many emails, another replay saying sorry I can only provide 2 parts since we don't have what we offered, simple as that los 3 month waiting and lost my time, but that wasn't all no!!, finaly parts was sent october 18t, then to top it up,UPS can not deliver at the correct address since there was a problem with the address when you fill the form out.. well guess what they want more money to send the parts now.. Is the closest thing to a digital scam. DO NOT buy here Do not risk your time and money, it's not worth the hassle. This seudo company promises whether they don't have in order to get your money, then they won't let go of it.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered 18 mower blades for my commercial zero turn mowers. They sent me the wrong blades and told me it was an updated part number but exactly the same blades as I ordered. I sent them a pic of the blades they sent compared to the ones I ordered and there was a 1/2" difference in width. Not nearly as heavy duty as the blades I ordered. Customer service is pretty bad. After several attempts to follow up with them they finally responded and offered me a $35 refund. I accepted the offer just to get some action from them on the disappointing experience. I was never refunded the amount promised and they have now ghosted me and refuse to respond to my emails and other attempts to contact them. Going on close to 3 months trying to get this resolved from them. I had hoped I had found a new supplier for my commercial mower parts and supplies. Unfortunately SLE is not it.
