CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been with the Company since May 23. They are slow in replies except when they are ready for you to do something during the process they have. They tell you to do things and then when u ask questions it takes forever to get a reply. The policy states they process withdraw requests within 24hrs. When asked if there is a problem with mine. I get no response. EMAIL doesn't help any either and never get through on a phone call either to get answers. I feel like I have been singled out by this company due to all the good reviews I have read. Very sad and disappointing experience so far.
