Very happy with my Skytab Solo. I took some persuading as i had been with Worldpay for several years but so happy i made the decision to change. So simple to use, lower and transparent pricing plus no more connection issues!

We are very much "if its not broke, don't fix it" people but the only other time Alan tried to persuade us to switch cards machines we ended up being much happier than before and saving a lot of money, so five years on we thought we should give his new company a try. Just as he promised these Solos are better and a lot cheaper than what we have been paying for the last year. So for the second time round we are happy we took his advice and moved.

I've held off leaving a review until we'd done a few months of day-to-day trading using this new Solo device, but now I can say with confidence that not only is it cheaper by a clear margin than my previous card machine, but it also does far more for the price - the free built-in POS means I've saved myself the additional cost of extra hardware leasing every month. It really is an impressive little machine! Very glad I allowed myself to be persauded by my local rep to make the move - he was as good as his word in making the switch smooth and troublefree. Set up my terminal with Steve this week. I'm an absolute techno phobe but Steve explained all the features of the machine and how to use the dashboard. What an absolute doddle!! I was using another company and was paying extortionate fees. Steve went through the prices for Skytab and has saved us a lot of money. Happy days.

Eric has always looked after us with card machines here at The Bulls Head. Got us the new card machine quickly and it was easily set up. Mo problems with connection and so far everything is super quick and not had any declined payments or dropped connection issues.

I’ve recently had a terminal installed at my clinic - Esthetique by Dr S in Huddersfield. Eric was beyond helpful! Answered any question I had and the service was so fast and efficient. Couldn’t recommend more!
