I was looking for a up to date till system as our current provider was starting to cost to much, Ian Dawson who i know through the CIU mentioned that he could help out with this as that is what his main job, so we had a meeting and he explained everything in easy to understand terms of what would happen to get our tills sorted, We got 4 tills installed and Ian Dawson has be there for us every step of the way with his support, also shift4 who installed the tills support is excellent. I would have no hesitation of recommending Ian Dawson for tills system 100% satisfied.

Sam explained the process of applying for card machine and helpful in installing. He demonstrated taking of payment and gaining reports to all members of staff. Sam was polite & courteous at all times. He has revisited to ensure we are happy with the service you are supplying. I will be happy to recommend Sam to others
