Karen has been fantastic at number crunching to get us the best deal for our new card machines. Implementation went smoothly, Karen lives locally so was able to pop in and set the machines up in both our branches. She's at the end of an email or phone for any query we have. It's so nice to talk to a person not a call centre. Very quick and hassle free transfer over to the new machines. Machines are so easy to use too.

Couple of issues on change over at Decisions Clothing but thanks to Eric Shackleton these were quickly remedied….great service.
