Switching over to SkyTab for my card machine was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. I do craft markets regularly, and it’s fantastic not having to rely on a phone connection and still being able to offer customers a receipt if they want one. What really made the experience exceptional was the service I received from John. He made the whole sign-up process so easy and has been there whenever I’ve needed support. This really stood out when I attended the Tullamore Show - one of my busiest events and the internet connection was so poor I couldn’t process card payments. I sent John a WhatsApp message, not expecting a reply on a Sunday, but he not only responded quickly, he actually called me and helped me resolve the issue by switching internet providers on the spot. That kind of after sales support is rare these days. I’ve since recommended SkyTab (and especially John!) to other business owners, and several have signed up after hearing about my experience. 10/10 – I can’t recommend John and SkyTab highly enough.

Im very happy with swift 4 card machine, rates are very good & quick to use when the shop is busy. Donna was very good & nothing was to much trouble for her. I would highly recommend both Donna & swift 4

My experience has been really great with the company as the percentage is quite low compared to other companies and also the money gets to me quicker, also the agent whom I got my machine through has been very helpful and supportive throughout.
