Eric has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He made the whole process of getting our new card machine effortless. He’s incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond to any questions. It’s been such a pleasure working with him — his professionalism and friendly approach really made a difference. We’re all set up with our new machine, and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. Thanks, Eric, for making everything so easy!

Excellent Service! We recently had the pleasure of working with Alicia, who helped us set up a card machine for our company, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first interaction, Alicia was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made what could have been a complex process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Alicia’s approachable and friendly attitude. She genuinely cared about getting us up and running quickly and made herself available for follow-up support, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Alicia, we now have a reliable payment system in place and feel confident moving forward. I’d highly recommend her to any business looking for a hassle-free setup with top-notch service. Thank you again, Alicia!

My agent (Eric Shackleton) has provided a great Customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of changing their tech provider , Eileen Smith (Kingfry fisheries )

Erick was very helpful and professional in showing us how to operate the terminal.

Massive thanks to Eric Shackleton I’m usually set in my ways and don’t relish the thought of change with card machines etc , but I took the plunge and was guided step by step on setting up this great new skytab machine. It seems that Eric knew the machine like the back of his hand and when I had questions he took me straight to the part of the menu and solved everything! After only 5-6 days I now feel very confident using the new machine with the knowledge that the wonderful Eric is only a phone call away if I have any issues. Also I’m very happy with the deal I have got from shift4 on fees etc Thanks again Lee (Grand Designs)
