I have never dealt with a worse bank
I have never dealt with a worse bank, Skyone Bank. I have been attempting to close my account with them since Aug 20, 2026. I have been told that I could transfer my funds thru their online app. I attempted to do it, I have 6 figures with them. I was told I could only transfer $1,500.00 daily (5 days a week) I transferred the $1,500.00. The next day I was unable to transfer funds, something was wrong with the website. I have dealt with Alyssa Branam, Tina Hildreth, Breana Box. At their Hawthore, CA branch. Each one promised that they would get things straightened out. They said they would wire funds into my personal bank, send a check to them, send a check to me. They wouldn’t charge me the normal bank charges. Total BS, I’ve attempted to reach them each, several times today, Aug 27th. Guess what, no one is taking my calls, they’re attempting to Gaslight me. When are these F*ckin people think that they can get away with something like this. IS THEIR BANK IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE? I have all the emails documented Today, Aug 27th I finally reached a supervisor by the name of Steve, he said they would be sending me a check within 24/48 hrs, that doesn’t include the weekend. Such BS, why are they treating people like this I’m filing a complain with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Attorney General, HelpWithMyBank.gov Yelp, Google The public should know.
