Josh Wuensch needs education in…
Josh Wuensch as an owner should take a moment and reflect why he lacks professionalism with new potential clients. He needs a lesson or two in common courtesy and is in desperate need of ethical communication skills. As a business owner when you are in search of financial opportunities, you are trusting that the business you are dealing with understands your needs. I can say Skyline Funding is clueless on how to treat potential new clients. Very critical, judgmental, lack of effective time management and communication. If you don't qualify, then just say so. I was made to jump through hoop after hoop for nothing! They said the offer wouldn't make sense, yet they were the ones who came up with the offer?!? The back and forth with Max who claims he has a "reputation to keep" well Max and Josh how about the reputation of being savvy and well mannered, informed business owners. If you can't assist then just say so! It is that simple...it's called honesty and integrity. Not to mention I was dealing with the ending of life with a loved one and all that involves, which only added to the distress. What negligence ... not at all honest human beings. Business is business, however the lack of integrity and common kindness is definitely lacking. Find a company who actually wants to build a solid working-professional relationship and understands what is actually needed for your business. It was an awful experience, and in the manner in which I was spoken to as if I was a child. Trust me, save your time and energy go elsewhere. I didn't realize I was dealing with a circus of CLOWNS until it was too late.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Pamela. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our team left you feeling this way, and we’re especially sorry to hear that you were dealing with a difficult personal situation at the time. We take professionalism, communication, and treating every business owner with respect very seriously. At the same time, there are circumstances where a funding structure may not make financial sense or where we may determine that moving forward is not in a client’s best interest. Our responsibility is to be transparent about that rather than recommend financing simply to close a deal. Because we respect our clients’ privacy, we won’t discuss the details of your situation publicly. We’re happy to review what happened internally and address any legitimate concerns directly. We wish you and your business the very best moving forward.
