Free TV was a lie
My wife was looking to improve our Sky package after price rise... We got offered a free tv on the new package cheaper than before the April price rise.. no mention we would lose the sky q! That after 4 years of trying to get a stable WiFi/ broadband connection in our rural area.. after losing land line to get partial fiber and repeated call outs for bad service and poor connectivity.. the 'boy' cons my wife to have a free TV! and a reduction.. no mention of the hp agreements of the fact it needed good broadband (later to discover 25Meg needed we get 2 on a god day) promised set up and we mistakenly thought good deal not a blatent con of a longstanding Sky customer Reluctantly I set it up after the promised set up proved to be lies.. I was going to say eronious but the boy lied...after 1 day it's pants a picture like you had on a TV back in the 80s when on holiday in a caravan. Buffered like dialup and crapped out after 4 mins if you were lucky.. Sky plus engineer called on arrival checked bb speed .5 'why did they ever think glass was a good idea?' We canceled.. the only way to get good service from sky is to pull out.. feinstated q box and all good now but why I needed to have two days of stress because of a lieer trying to boost his commission.. if we had an alternative but we can't recieve terrestrial TV and need a dish. The system its self may be ok but the selling and lack of care to provide stress free service appauling
