As someone who has invested in multiple online business education opportunities as well as someone who is professional high school educator, I must say that the curriculum design of this company is top notch! This aspect of their products and services makes learning the skills they teach so simple. This the biggest problem I've encountered in many other online education systems I've invested in. By far the best experience I've had. Highly recommend to anyone who is willing to learn and apply.

Excellent and fast support

I paid for a theme, and based on the program I was in, I was told by my career coach, that the theme was included in the program. She advised that I contact Shopify to advise, and to also reach out to support to request a reimbursement. Shopify told me I needed to reach out to the theme developer, and if they approved the reimbursement, they would initiate. That is where Ben Kilby comes in. Ben displayed exceptional friendliness and support. Faced with unresponsive Shopify support, he proactively pursued a reimbursement, exceeding my expectations by promptly refunding the theme cost. I've been using SKUP for multiple years - it's been a great theme. I had an issue getting ahold of them at first, but once we got in touch they were extremely efficient and helpful. As our store has expanded, they've troubleshooted and added some custom things for fair prices.

Their customer service team has been very helpful. They get back to me in a timely manner and will work with you get the issue resolved.
