This might fall on deaf ears but I love S&B. Their underwear are true to fit and honestly so comfortable. But my only beef with them is they curate their own online reviews. I ordered two items and left honest reviews for both. One was a 5 star (underwear) that was placed on the site immediately. The other was a 3 star (tank top) because the fit literally was nothing like the picture. The 3 star review isn’t posted yet and most likely won’t until they are done pitching it for pride month. Instead of either looking at the issue or posting honest reviews, they manipulate everything for sales. I get it. I worked in marketing. But my review was honest and even praised their customer service team. I never like bashing a company but I also feel you only grow as a business when a mirror is held up to your face. We live in this “perfection society” and it is horrible to not give true feedback. Do better, S&B.

Great underwear that looks good and feels good to wear but don't pay for the express delivery option as the team at S&B is desperately slow at getting your parcel out to UPS.
