Cannot stress enough to AVOID
Cannot stress enough to avoid this company and their products. We purchased an obscenely expensive activity centre from David Jones. Several emails and phone calls about a broken toy resulted in a response months later which we had to obtain through David Jones as Skip Hop wouldn’t deal with us directly. They essentially blamed our tiny baby for a toy breaking (despite poor manufacturing). They DO NOT have replacement toys to purchase or otherwise cover under their warranty. The whole experience has been atrocious to say the least. Zero accountability.
