Chocolate is delish, but don’t order unless you want to spend $35 a month on chocolate. They are not transparent and very dishonest in the way they conduct their business. And you can’t manage it online you have to call and talk to a person. I don’t care if it’s the best chocolate on earth, I don’t buy from dishonest companies that try to screw people over.

Box came all torn up and chocolates melted and broken. I’ve not even tried to taste since the box was opened. I agreed to pay $4,95 postage for free try. I did not sign up to be sent or billed more.

Ordered the free sample and liked it did not know they signed up for you up for a 3495 monthly shipment called and cancelled that but haven't received an e mail from them very disappointed that they do business this way and will not order anymore

I wish I had come to this before I ordered the "free" box for $4.95. I did not see that in any of the promotion materials anywhere.When I called, the lady was quite pleasant even though I was not a happy customer. I asked what the $34.99 charge was for and she told me it was for the box of chocolate that I ordered and received. She explained the 7-day trial period. I received my chocolate on May 29th, today is June 5th, within 7 days. After I told her that it came melted and yes, I did write a review from the email prompted review, stating that it was melted. She said she would cancel the subscription if I wanted her to. Really, did I want to pay $40.00 for more melted chocolate? She offered me several discounted options. No, I still do not want melted chocolate for any price. She cancelled and offered me a 30% refund for my melted chocolate. I took it, but let her know I was still going to look for other avenues for a refund. I emailed the company, and was thanked for my order. After about 5 or 6 email messages back and forth, it was finally resolved. On another note, their website offers a 60 day refund, if you mail back the uneaten amount or even an empty box. Even though they are issuing the refund without mailing it back, I want to show them the quality of what they are shipping to people.

The chocolate was awful and apparently somewhere they sign you up for monthly charges of this gross chocolate. I called to cancel and the lady said she was a manager that refused to refund my money refused to email me saying they would work on cancelling it and refused to say anything other than sir we put that in writing absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and absolutely disgusting product!!!!

SCAM! Ordered trial for 4.95. Received sample...just okay and then was charged $35! Contacted customer service and was told it was in the conditions..somewhere, I couldn't find it but they wouldn't do anything about it! Don't get scammed as I did..there is better sugar-free chocolate available and you don't get screwed out of $35!!! Do not trust this company/

I couldn't even taste the chocolate. It arrived completely melted!! Stuck to the wrappers. I cannot believe they would ship to Las Vegas (110 degrees yesterday when I received it) with NO ICE PACK. Absolutely shocking to me. When I called to get my money back they refunded me except for the shipping. I told them it's their crappy shipping that caused the "meltdown". So if you are going to order I would suggest never ordering in the summer unless you want to swim in the chocolate. Will NEVER buy from them again.
