Got an SJC400 it has everything you need in the box, can't fault them on flexible usage at all. It's well made easy to use.. BUT...I couldn't fully Sync it with my phone or laptop so I could actually view my photos or videos. Both phone and laptop are new Google devices so shouldn't be an issue. I managed it once then it repeated the setup every time, I looked online for help , nothing worked ...VPN went off , data roam went off...blah blah blah... Email them they did reply fairly quickly but with no solution. I tried many times with out any success. So sorry to say it went back. If an Android / Google solution could be found, but I can't be the only one ???

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SJ Cam! This company has proven to be UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEITFUL, consistently failing to honor their commitments. They refused to uphold their warranty on my defective product, only to bizarrely "accept" it 6 months later. But the FRAUD CONTINUED : they dispatched a replacement for 10 days, then OUTRAGEOUSLY RECALLED THE PACKAGE before it even reached me! This is not just bad service; it's a BLATAN SCAM where they refuse to deliver on their word. Steer clear of SJ Cam – your money is far better spent with a reputable brand that actually respects its customers and stands by its promises. Be warned: SJ Cam ACTIVELY PURGES NEGATIVE feedback, so this message may disappear soon after they see it.

It was a big mistake to buy a product from SJCAM. I bought an SJ20 camera for my vacation from the SJCAM Official Store to make beautiful videos. Unfortunately, I discovered that the microphone was faulty and there was no sound in the videos. Annoying but half as bad I thought, the camera was new and I was still under warranty. However, it is a sheer disaster to enforce your warranty rights with a Chinese company that apparently only has a distribution center in Germany without a lawyer. I was genuinely surprised by how courteous and responsible they are and how willing they were to help. Now, on to the camera. The C300 Camera is very unique take on these handheld pocket-esque cameras., I own my fair share of action cameras (DJI Minis and Pocket 2, GoPro Session and MAX360, and Insta360) and SJCAM's idea with the C300 is genuinely refreshing especially with when compared with the DJI Pocket 2 which is the one action camera I had that closely resembled the pocket style cameras I was looking for. The price is great for this quality of action camera when comparing it to other action cameras.

The camera is ok. But the case is not ok.it is not hermetic underwater (as advertised supposed to be). Small amount of water come inside the case even at 3 m deep. I bought again another case,same problem. So if you want to buy it for snorkelling i really not advice you to buy it !
