I ordered a pair of Jordan’s for my cousin and the shoes was fake. I ask for my money back and it’s been three months and no refund. This company is a scam! Please be careful of this companies.

I purchased a pair of soccer cleats for my 12 year old daughter. When they came after two weeks she tried them on and they were too small. I emailed Sizzen.com to start the return process. This was the most miserable experience as they kept demanding that I send them pictures of every order form and packaging as well as pictures of the cleats next to cleats of the same size so they could compare them. Finally after telling them I was going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and get my bank involved to help get the credit they emailed me and said a refund would be issued. 20 business days later and I still have not received a credit. This company is one of the absolute worst online retailers I've ever dealt with.

So I was looking at Kobe 6 basketball shoes because of the cheap price this website had it on. Usually brand new they cost for my size, 600 dollars or more. I went to the reviews and I noticed something suspicious. Some of the five star reviews said the same exact thing other reviews did. All of the five star reviews are written by bots. This website is fake and you shouldn’t trust it.

I ordered 157.00 dollar pair of Jordan 5 may 30th. I still haven't received them nor a refund. I will be reporting to the B.B.B. don't order from these frauds.!! Just give me my money back! The shoes was a father's day gift. Unfortunately the person they were for didn't get anything for father's day. Keep trying to get my refund but to no avail. I will keep everyone posted on how this goes.

Scam! Located in China! Take your money and cancel the order in 2 weeks. Then they tell you it will be another 15 days to get a refund!

Update May 7, 2024: the Company saw my review on this site and has asked me numerous time to delete my comment and if i didnt delete they will not give me a refund. I told them i will update this review if they follow their written statement on their website that says they will refund for items that dont fit and they have not done that. They have sent me emails saying they will refund my paypal account when i did not pay via paypal i pad using my credit on their website. They sent a fake paypal email receipt. When i spoke to someone at paypal they said there is no record of me using paypal for this charge. DO NOT TRUST THIS PAGE. I received the jordan shoe i ordered. It arrived out of the box smelling like a really strong plastic chemical. The show also does not fit and I asked for a refund. They are telling me i cannot receive a refund when thier website clearly states they offer refunds. The company is also not in the US the shoe shipped from hongkong. The only reason why i decided to order from this company was because their website policy states they offer refunds if they dont fit. I am being denied a refund now.
