It’s like with anything-know b4 u go, read all the print and remain calm & courteous. We have had our fair share of issues but all were resolved fairly expeditiously and to our satisfaction. (Expect the unexpected). The CEO of Sixthman actually cruises too at times. My motto is - if you r not happy with the first answer then ask another Sixthman staff. Impossible to know EVERYTHING - but they can direct u to another person who can help u. Happy with the customer service we have received. We have sailed multiple diff cruises & keep coming back trying others. Pre-sale bookings are an ‘evil’ necessity and while it may not benefit me like I hope or expect, I can appreciate the attempt with their fairness of it. We have pros and cons to most but it’s a learning curve like many things. I’ve also learned that it’s not always a Sixthman problem- but an NCL side of the house issue. Just wish they had a designated ADA elevator at each hub so I’m not left waiting upwards of 30-40 mins to get around. Not like I can utilize the stairs. It seems like the ‘vibe’ on a few are getting a bit “mean”. Not a Sixthman problem tho (they didn’t raise those individuals-lol). They do a great job at keeping the peace & a free moving path to get around on the pool deck for and during shows-I luv that! I miss the ADA perch in the theater on the Summer of 99 old ship - but I can hope for a change in the future. I understand y the switch in ships. I feel Sixthman listens and tries to give us ALL the best time possible. (It’s also what u make of it). Even won $1800 in the casino once! 🥳 Overall, we love Sixthman. 💕We wouldn’t do 3 or so a year the past few yrs if we weren’t enjoying ourselves. I was, however, brought to tears this year on one but I went having only one expectation (it didn’t happen). Sixthman staff helped me out and I made the best of a ‘poopy’ situation. I could tell they were putting forth some effort & I appreciated that so much. As long as the cruises keep coming, we will too. I’m more of a genre specific cruiser now, so more rock & 311 type are what I like best. Just remember KINDNESS is key people! Love to Sixthman! 🥂✌️

In September 2025, I booked the Bachelor Nation Vacation at Sea which is scheduled to depart Miami on November 15, 2026. Unfortunately, the event did not sell out and NCL opened the remaining rooms to the general public. These fares were less expensive than those charged for this Sixthman event. Perks were added to ease some of the complaints, but booking numbers refuse to be released earlier than Sixthman's standard 6-8 weeks in advance. Not normally a problem for a sold-out event cruise, but for one that is opened to the general public, all Sixthman cruisers are last for being able to make specialty dining reservations, excurions reservations, and spa reservations. The result of this is those of us who paid more, we have the lesser choices for dining times, spa times, and no chance for sold-out excursions. I have raised this concern with both NCL and Sixthman with no resolution from either party. The Social networking pages did not allow for the issues to be raised with the group as the Sixthman reps deleted them instead of allowing them to be posted.

We booked a themed fan experience with Sixthman in Sept 2025 at full price, with the promise of a ship full of the "stars" and "fan nation." On March 26, they began underselling this cruise for 30% less...because the show banked on a lead with 10 million Tik Tok followers, then canceled her show's airing and lost the commercial air time they would've had to promote/sell the cruise. So now they are scrambling to sell cabins...not a fan experience...and loyal fans are paying the price & told we can't get the better deal. What did customer service do? IGNORED customer emails until pushed to respond in a Facebook group. It took nearly 3 weeks for customer service to acknowledge the complaints. When I finally spoke to an Asst Director about the price disparity, he compared the sale price and "marketing lever to generate more interest" to buying JEANS that go on sale. I truly hope their staff make good on his promise to consider "any and all things on the table" to make this right. Right now they have "no answers of what if anything they'll do"...as if this were their first time producing an event.

Really struggling to see how the customer service could be viewed positively. I have so many friends who are feeling the same way :(

Extremely disappointing experience with Sixthman. I booked a themed cruise months in advance at full price. A few months afterwards, Sixthman released a 30% discount on the same cabins — with no communication, no acknowledgment, and no consideration for customers who had already paid significantly more. I reached out multiple times asking a straightforward question about whether early bookers would receive any form of adjustment or goodwill. I received no response whatsoever. A price drop of this scale is one thing — completely ignoring paying customers is another. This experience raises serious concerns about: • Pricing practices • Customer fairness • Responsiveness and accountability The message is clear: loyalty isn’t valued, and early customers are left to absorb the cost difference with no support and no response. That’s not acceptable.
