Somertech constructionReviews of sivtec.com

Do not engage with Sivtec. The guy stole our money and didn’t pay the suppliers or subcontractors. We were left holding the bag. The owner is a smooth talker and a “good Christian”. Yeah right.

From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team at Sivtec was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. They listened carefully to my vision for the space and offered creative solutions that exceeded my expectations. Great job, I recommend.

I recently hired Sivtec Smart Construction company to do a complete remodel of my house and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the beginning, the team was professional, communicative, and transparent in their work. They listened to my wants and needs, provided expert advice, and delivered a beautiful end product that truly exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail was top-notch and they consistently kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I appreciated their flexibility and ability to adapt to any unexpected challenges that arose during the project. They always showed up on time and worked efficiently, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine. Overall, I highly recommend Sivtec company for any home renovation project.
