I am writing this review to warn prospective customers to exercise extreme caution when doing business with Site Valley Business. I initially hired this company to help set up my website and paid for the service using my debit card. Unfortunately, what followed was an extremely disappointing and financially damaging experience. Without my knowledge or authorization, the company retained my debit card information. Approximately one year later, I began noticing a series of unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account. These charges were made gradually over time, which made them difficult to detect immediately. By the time I discovered what was happening, approximately $6,000 had been withdrawn without my authorization. I contacted Blake Garcia, the individual I had been dealing with at Site Valley Business, to demand an explanation and a refund. He initially promised to return the money. However, rather than honoring that promise, he subsequently blocked my phone number and stopped communicating with me. To make matters worse, the website I originally paid the company to develop is no longer functioning. I feel deeply betrayed by this experience. I trusted this company with my business and payment information, only to suffer significant financial losses and receive no meaningful resolution. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Site Valley Business to proceed with extreme caution. Be particularly careful about providing debit or credit card information, and monitor your bank statements closely. I am sharing my experience in the hope that other individuals and business owners can avoid going through what I have experienced. My experience with Site Valley Business has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I Hired the team to develop my Mobile Application and i'm delighted to say that the app is working flawlessly. The attention to detail and timeline was perfect. I'm happy to work with Blake and his team, and will surely hire them for the maintanance of my App. Recommended 100%.

Horrible service. They didn't inform us that the annual payment was due and the site was down for a week while we waiting after many emails for them to respond. They do not back up the site. That is a lie. I had made some changes that were lost because they only keep the original site as backup. I do not recommend.
