this is a fraudulent scam based organisation - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM - you will receive Chinese-made knock offs... you will be obliged to send back to China and you will never get your money back. Avoid at all costs.

Scam website!! Keep away!!! The only reason it has a good rating on Trustpilot is that when you place an order, you are emailed afterwards offering a 50% discount before you receive the goods. Once placed your review neither goods arrive you do not receive 50% refund just a voucher for an additional order. You can not cancel your order or get a refund after 24 hours. The promised delivery time of 1 day is a joke. Still not shipped after a week from China. Won’t refund either. Keep away!!!!!

Ordering process was easy. They had the product I wanted in stock. Edit to add on September 18, 2026. This company is a fraud. My order is fake. I am in the process of obtaining a refund from my banking company. $93 Canadian I have been charged for a product I won’t be receiving. Disappointed doesn’t even start to sum it up.

Lead Light style dog lamp was completely different to the pictured, which was probably an AI picture. The one delivered looked like a toy. Advertised as being USB powered but the one delivered was battery powered with a janky battery cover that was unsafe. On request of refund the AI bot offered store credit and then 10% refund. Scam store.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered some shoes for my disabled partner with Velcro tops. They weren’t cheap but he can’t fit any others atm. Apart from the really long wait for delivery they didn’t fit so I requested returns. I then get a message to photograph everything before they even start the returns. I did this and was then told I could not send them and have 50% credit or a full refund. I would have to pay the postage and then oh but we’re sorry our warehouse has closed you’d have to send to Asia which would take a long time??!!! Told them to keep the money and I hope they choke on it - scammers 😡😡

What i ordered is Not what is advertised and what it says it is. The material is cheap and it is not soft and insulating and there is No soft fleece lining in them at all!! They are supossed to be Heating Leg Warmers for Arthritis, Swelling & Cold Legs. Im really angry it looks like and feels like its from Temu.
