I ordered 2x t shirts.... they have not arrived and the website is now saying they don’t recognise my email address !! They confirmed the order so it must be correct. There is no way of contacting their customer services ...... they send you round and round in frustrating circles DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS

I ordered masks on 4/26 and I am still waiting then an message that I can't cancel my order. I am going to contact my back so that they can reverse the charges. Because just like I read no one to contact. My next move is to put a complaint to the BBB

I have been waiting for mask for way too long ! There is no number that you can call to speak to a human only has a computer ! When you try to email they only have standard computerized questions and if your comment question does not fit into that it is just your tough luck.

I ordered three shirts. One was perfect and made a great gift for a cat lover friend. The other two were horrible size wise! Two women’s shirts. One was a 2x, one was XL. The XL was HUGE! The 2XX was very small, smaller than the XL! Also, the shirts are different materials. One is lightweight and one is thick and heavy! I’ve been trying to contact somebody to get a refund or exchange for correct sizes. I can’t find a phone number and nobody has responded. They only allow 15 days to do something. I guess I just believed the ads and threw my money away! The 2XX was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a chihuahua friend. The dog does Not look like it’s in a pocket, but I would have even liked it if it fit. I explained the faulty product and non responsive company to my friend. I’m so disappointed with Singtree. What a huge waste of money and NO customer service. I guess I’ll mail the shirts back, which I’ll have to pay for, and send the shirts back. Maybe they’ll give me a refund. I’ll review again if I hear from the company. If not-be warned!!

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter and one for my husband. We have a Yorkie. My daughter received a chihuahua and my husband got the right one. I’m a little peeved because my daughter will not have it for Christmas. How can they mistake a Yorkie for a chihuahua?! And customer service is by email only (as far as I can tell).

shoddy product,bad,faint printing,image was way off center..just crap all around. Customer service in uncaring and does not tke into consideration the needs of customer. Avoid this company at all costs.

Photos make it look like a high quality graphic. I ordered a tote and it was a low quality iron on transfer.
