I naively ordered an iCloud unlock from this company a few days ago. According to their website it should only take up to 24 hours. That was several days ago and all it says on my account is "Order #12554 processing" - no updates, no information, absolutely no details whatsoever. It took a while to find the contact form on their site so I sent them a message. So far I've yet to receive a response. What a RIP-OFF! I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company! My advice is to STAY THE HELL AWAY!! Another thing that pisses me off is that they advertise as accepting PayPal, which I wanted to use because of their buyer protection. When you go to pay however, they only option you see is Visa/Mastercard - no PayPal. This is a clear bait and switch scam to lure in potential customers. In my case I'm out $32.50 - BUYER BEWARE!!

I have tried multiple times to contact their support through their website about my order 9685 they have yet to respond I have made contact with them over 10 times have now sent over five emails and still no contact who do we contact to report this or a higher support person to get our money back or let somebody know that they're a scam please let me know
