N'achetez surtout aucune prestation chez eux ! C'est un site frauduleux vous ne recevrez rien. Le service client est injoignable et l'entreprise basé dans un pays suspect. Bref ne croyez pas certains avis positifs qui sont sûrement de faux comptes...

They do not comunicate at all service advertises that takes 10 to 24 hours. 2 weeks allready and still no answers nothing at all not even an email to inform of the proces. Order still shows as pending and does not change status. UPDATE JUN 3RD More then a month and no answer from their support they do not answer numbers or emails. Hera i attached my receipt for verification of my bad experience with simunlockpro.com FRAUDD !! SCAMM

THIS IS A SCAM. I have ordered for iCloud unlock on August 22, 2024 with order ID:5005119 Up to now it's showing processing. To make matters worse I have sent message to support 4 to 5 times but no reply. I just want my refund. SO TO ANYONE CONTEMPLATING ON USING THEIR SERVICE..PLEASE THIS IS A SCAM,,STAY FAR AWAY.

Pire expérience au monde commande toujours pas finis d’être traiter alors que sur leur politique d’engagement il est écris que les délais pour le déverrouillage iCloud sont de 24 heures à 5 jours maximum. Je pense que je vais porter plainte pour escroquerie et vous autre qui en avez été victimes vous devriez en faire autemp.

BIG SCAM FRAUD ! NO REFUND

I have ordered for iCloud unlock on 4th May 2024 with order ID:5001685. Upto now it's showing . Today 17th November 2024 also showing processing. I have sent message to support 4 to 5 times.But no reply nor refund.

naively ordered an iCloud unlock from this company a few days ago. According to their website it should only take up to 24 hours. That was several days ago and all it says on my account is "Order #5002403processing" - no updates, no information, absolutely no details whatsoever. It took a while to find the contact form on their site so I sent them a message. So far I've yet to receive a response. What a RIP-OFF! I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering from this company! My advice is to STAY THE HELL AWAY! Another thing that pisses me off is that they advertise as accepting PayPal, which I wanted to use because of their buyer protection. When you go to pay however, they only option you see is Visa/Mastercard - no PayPal. This is a clear bait and switch scam to lure in potential customers. In my case I'm out $32.50 - BUYER BEWARE!
