I'm obsessed with this gum
I'm obsessed with this gum. It's clean and really tasty. I used to buy FENNEL (YUM!) and GINGER (YUM!) and CINNAMON (YUM YUM!) but then I needed to switch to KETO for my heart...so no sugar and low carbs. And my simply gum chewing days were over (or so I THOUGHT)...One day I stumbled up a SUGAR FREE VERSION - BUBBLE GUM FLAVORED...switched to that and I was happy again...But recently I received an order that had probably been damaged in transit or maybe not stored properly (it was fulfilled by Amazon). The shipment contained a bunch of gum colored powder in each box (they're packed 6 to case - with about 15-20 pieces in each box.). I thought it might be gum that had sloughed off in the boxes but I wanted to assure myself so I emailed the company and interacted with a lovely person named TARA. She assured me it was exactly what I suspected - powdered gum and not poison! I told her Amazon had given me a refund for the damaged shipment but I simply wanted reassurance from the company that it was still safe. So what did she do? She reassured me AND sent me 4 packages of sugar free simply gum in a flavor I've never tried before - Peppermint. It's very refreshing and I really like it. So the gum is great AND the company is too as is their customer service. I'm a LOYAL fan still! And even moreso! THANKS Tara and Thanks SIMPLY GUM!
