I ordered a book from them a book box and the book they sent me only had three chapters. They refused to refund me my money and everything else in the box was pure junk. I ordered a thriller book and I got a romance drama. That was only 3 chapters don’t order from them. You’re wasting your money. Do Etsy these people are scammers

The company customer service is horrendous . Save your money don’t order from them . Waiting for weeks for an order . Still not received. Also check your payment the company overcharged my CC I had to constantly contact them to get overpayment reimbursed. Also leads you to believe the company address 266 Tenmile, 23452, Virginia Beach, United States the crap is shipped from China

I ordered from this company and received the product but it didn’t fit. I contacted the company and wanted a return label and they refused. I paid 34.87 and they offered $3.00 for a credit after I paid 34.87. This is a Chinese company and their customer service is terrible. Do not order from them don’t waste your money. I am working with the credit card company to get my refund since they refused to take the product back!

AVOID! Order placed a month ago. ZERO customer service response from company and I have reached out several times with questions. I still have not received any information regarding when I will receive my item! They were quick to take my money and I probably will never see my item. I can't even find where they are located.

I was in the middle of placing an order when a pop-up showed I could get an even better discount if I ordered again. I never hit submit payment on either but my bank account was charged for both orders. Thank goodness I used PayPal, I'm sure I'll get my money back.

This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Certainly not a business I would suggest anyone buy off. After a lot of backwards and forwards they have sent me a return address, at my expense, which is situated in China. I don’t have any faith they’ll refund or accept they’ve received product.

This company is very shady. No one knows where they are located and this company does not respond to questions. I do not buy from any company that doesnt list their location. No true American should patronize Non-American companies no matter how cheap the price is.
