GREAT REAL ESTATE COMPANY!!!

Thank you!!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with this company. They are very accountable & trustworthy! Ronny is the best! He stayed on top of the whole transaction & made everything go fast & smoothly.

Always a pleasure working with the professionals at Simple Quarters

All the folks at Simple Quarters are super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them to others and will do business with them again soon.

This will be the third property I have worked on with Simple Quarters and it has been a smooth process from day 1 of signing the contract to closing of the day weeks later. The SimpleQuarters team is honest, communicative, and transparent in their business process and they truly serve as the bridge between investors who are looking for great deals and sellers who are in a crunch and need to make cash fast without headaches.

after back and forth with price we agreed on price. less than a week later i had cash in hand and walked away happy
