Excellent customer service!

Very easy to order and have shipped with very little notice. Tiffany is always great!

We used Simpalo Snacks to launch our benefits open enrollment. They were able to include our customized benefits handout in each of the boxes we sent out to our locations. We got positive feedback from employees- loved being able to try new options for snacks.

The items I've ordered thus far seem to have gotten positive feedback and it's great to have healthier and tastier options for the office. I don't purchase regularly but the snacks do disappear as fast as I put them out. I also like the fact that I can pick my own snacks from the list of options especially for those that like to try something new or may not be able to eat gluten.

Great selection of snacks. Great customer services when you need them. Also very flexible in the weekly plan, you can skip and resume at any time.

Other companies choose the snacks for you and simply do not listen to your needs. Simpalo offers unique snacks as well as brands that employees are familiar with and they are always adding new and exciting items. This has saved our company a lot of money as well. Not only are the snacks a huge hit, their customer service is exceptional. They respond to you quickly, and genuinely care. If there are any issues with orders (which are far and few in between) not only do they make it right, they always go above and beyond!!
