I ordered my snacks as per NYSZETAS' instructions. Upon arrival one of the snacks I ordered was missing from the box. I contacted Simpalo Snacks, explained what the problem was and was taken care of immediately. On top of resending the missing item, Simpalo also sent an extra treat for the mishap. Customer Service was great and easy to deal with. A great plus!
