Received a bonus email...redeemed it.made the play through amount.won the 500$ max payout.April 18 2024.....it's April 27 and my first time asking about my payout, trying to be patient.they email me back saying they refuse to pay me because I didn't make a deposit in between bonuses.. now I've played all these online sites to know well enough that if for any reason the bonus isn't redeemable, including the statement they gave me, then they would automatically let you that bonus is unredeemable. .But it was redeemable, because they redeemed it .they let me play, they let me win, they let me cover the outstanding bonus amount, and i won. Now that I did they refuse to pay me.and for anybody wishing to play here, don't. Even without the bonus and you depositing your own money,u will never be paid out.and there's nothing u can do about it, save your money and your time.thia aite is a total scam.and be sure to relay this review to all your friends and loved ones. STAY AWAY.SCAMMING SITE.WILL NEVER BE PAID OUT . GO PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Still no response from these people for withdraw

I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 2 months. My identity was verified, as was my bank account, address, etc. I tried withdrawing by check, wire, and bitcoin, and each time the money was put back in my account without explanation. When I contacted them through chat, I was given an address to send additional info. When I did, I was told it was not good enough because I used a joint account. So, I sent a different bank account, and then they blocked my emails. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Ele Finance Manager (email cannot be provided) Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it. Every time I try to contact them, the email is blocked on their end. Be aware they will never pay out any winnings, so play someplace else, like Chumba casino, which is a legitimate site.

I put in for withdraw it was approved by a manager but never received Get email and on-site message saying congratulations yet still no money in the account. Then was told was not approved because of no deposit between coupons but all coupons had no deposit and it withdraw limits except for 100.00 on free spins. My withdraw was for 96 bit was supposed to add the verification deposit from crypto didn't get any of that. Bad business in my opinion don't trust enclave sites been waiting for days for response from silver oak no reply, just more bonus code offers.

I would give it a zero if I could. Got an email while backs for a 65 free spins and I could collect up to $500. I won $507.00. my identity was verified years ago. In order to collect they want a picture front and back of all the credit cards you've ever used to make a deposit and it's funny they don't really care how you make a deposit they get their money and that's the end of it. The problem that I have with the credit cards is half the cards I used I had to replace because they were hacked for being on sites like this. The others were eCards which is a card that doesn't have a front or back you can take a picture of. And a couple of them were burner cards that you just put cash on and either keep or dispose now this happened about 3 weeks ago. And despite being on the VIP list which really isn't a list at all it just is another name for sucker that I have not received a reply back after 15 emails about how to collect without having to take pictures of the cards. I don't understand whether it's a a language issue I know this is a rouge casino that they report to no one has no license. By the judge of the reviews it kind of looks like everybody else has had the same problems that they like to take your money but they don't like to give it out. And I'm fine if that's what they want to do I will spend my time reviewing silver oaks casino and letting everybody know to stay away that it's not a casino you want to go to not a casino you're ever going to collect any money on and certainly not a casino that you ever going to get a reply to any type of question or issue that you have.

SCAMMERS. NO communication. Make you send a deposit to confirm only to not pay you out. Same ole story....DO NOT SPEND 1 MINUTE, SECOND, OR DOLLAR HERE. YOU BEEN WARNED

I tried to get my identity verification done and these crooks wouldn't accept any of my documentation. I won an 11000 dollar jackpot and they took all but a hudred dollars of it, I've been trying for days now to contact them and they've ignored me. I won it on their terms fair and square and they refuse to honor it. I'll never deposit one red cent to this site.

Unbelievably rude and dishonest customer service. Was delayed repeatedly but I kept pushing for my winnings. They decided to change tactics. Suddenly their CS reps said, "Oh you haven't completed you playthroughs!" This was a bald faced lie. But there was no activity listings, at least not one we had access to, to verify. I finally gave in and tried the playthrough. I lost. This is a dishonest, disreputable and from what I hear unliscensed casino based out of Costa Rica. If they'll go to this extreme for my measly $100 God only knows the crookedness that goes on that I didn't see. DON'T VISIT SILVER OAKS CASINO!!!!
