Trash. Don't waste your time. All the bad reviews are true. They denied my 50 dollar withdrawal because I used the free spins promo they emailed me themselves. They have excuses for denying your redemptions one way or another.

This was a legit casino when I started playing a couple years ago. For a while now they rope you in with a promo telling you you won free spins or chips but when you try to claim it loops you in circles. I screen shotted my email notification so I could attach when customer service acts like they have no idea what you could possibly be talking about, and he told me to do what I had tried 50 times already. The last 2 were only good for 24 hrs and expired at midnight which is only 9pm by me apparently. Most my attemps to contact were useless I waited so long I had to move on. This deceit wastes to much of my time and aggrevates me. Not to mention the last win I tried to cash out they claim they needed to verify my account. I cashed out many times in the past and nothing has changed with my info. But I played right into their hands and spent my winnings. I will not be handing them my money again!
